SPECIALIZED MACHINERY TRANSPORT INC in Webster, MA seeks a full-time CDL A Truck Driver to safely move machinery and specialized equipment to customer locations. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure loads are secured in compliance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record.
Experience operating tractor-trailers with heavy or specialized loads.
Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations, hours-of-service rules, and safety standards.
Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections, identify issues, and communicate maintenance needs.
Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with dispatch, customers, and team members.

Responsibilities

Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections.
Secure and verify loads; operate tractors and trailers in compliance with DOT regulations.
