McLane is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to move, supply, and provide for America’s favorite brands. You’ll perform safety checks, drive routes, log deliveries, and unload at customer sites with a focus on reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of regulations and maneuvering skills.
• Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
