Performance Foodservice in Ravenna, OH is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to operate a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, delivering food and related products to customers on time and in good condition, while representing the company professionally.

Duties include safety inspections, accurate loading/unloading, reviewing invoices, obtaining customer signatures, handling payments where required, and maintaining DOT compliance; the role demands strong customer

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.
• Able to lift/move freight up to 90 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Inspect tractor/trailer and ensure safety standards.
• Inspect loads and verify invoices.
• Deliver and unload customer orders according to route.
• Obtain customer signatures and handle payments when required.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Maintain clean, organized loading dock and trailer areas.
• Adhere to company policies and DOT regulations.
