Airgas is seeking a CDL A Driver Hazmat with responsibilities in Johnson Creek, WI (AMG) for bulk cryo logistics. The role requires nights and weekends, with a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance while handling CO₂ shipments.

The position offers up to $90K+ annually plus quarterly incentives plus a $2,000 referral bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, 401(k) with match, tuition assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of tractor-trailer experience.
• Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• Three years of HazMat or Tanker experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor‑trailer combinations to transport and off‑load compressed and liquefied industrial gases safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to identify maintenance needs and take action.
• Report accidents, injuries, safety issues, driving citations, customer complaints, and service interruptions to supervisor.
• Complete and submit DOT and Airgas policy reports as required.
• Haul Carbon Dioxide (CO₂).

Job Overview

CDL A Driver Hazmat – Open position located in Johnson Creek (Jefferson), WI (AMG) – Bulk cryo logistics.

Compensation: up to $90K+ annually with quarterly incentive bonus and $2000 driver referral bonus (unlimited). Work schedule: nights & weekends (12-14 hours). Responsibilities

• Drive commercial motor vehicles (tractor‑trailer combinations) to transport and off‑load compressed and liquefied industrial gases safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to identify necessary maintenance and take appropriate action.
• Report all accidents, injuries, safety issues, driving citations, customer complaints, and service interruptions to supervisor immediately.
• Complete and submit reports required by DOT and Airgas company policy.
• Haul Carbon Dioxide (CO₂).
