Airgas, Inc. in Johnson Creek, WI (AMG) is seeking a CDL A Driver Hazmat to join our bulk cryo logistics team. This full-time role requires night and weekend shifts (12–14 hours) with competitive compensation up to $90K+ per year plus quarterly bonuses and a $2,000 driver referral bonus. Responsibilities include safely transporting gases, performing inspections, reporting safety issues, and DOT compliance. Airgas offers strong benefits and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of experience driving tractor-trailer vehicles.
• Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• HazMat or Tanker experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer to transport and off-load compressed and liquefied industrial gases safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Report accidents, injuries, safety issues, driving citations, customer complaints, and service interruptions to supervisor.
• Complete DOT and Airgas reporting in company policy.
• Haul Carbon Dioxide (CO2).

Job Overview

CDL A Driver Hazmat – Open position located in Johnson Creek (Jefferson), WI (AMG) – Bulk cryo logistics.

Compensation: up to $90K+ annually with quarterly incentive bonus and $2000 driver referral bonus (unlimited). Work schedule: nights & weekends (12-14 hours). Responsibilities

• Drive commercial motor vehicles (tractor‑trailer combinations) to transport and off‑load compressed and liquefied industrial gases safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to identify necessary maintenance and take appropriate action.
• Report all accidents, injuries, safety issues, driving citations, customer complaints, and service interruptions to supervisor immediately.
• Complete and submit reports required by DOT and Airgas company policy.
• Haul Carbon Dioxide (CO₂).

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum 3 years of experience driving tractor‑trailer vehicles.
• Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two years of technical college or military technical experience.
• Three years of HazMat or Tanker experience.
