Compensation & Incentives

• Pay Rate: $32.70 per hour.
• Potential annual earnings: $85K - $100K+ with base salary and bonus.
• Quarterly incentive bonus.
• $2,000 Driver Referral Bonus (unlimited).

• Tanker: hauling liquid carbon dioxide (CO2).
• Work schedule: Nights and weekends.

• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and address maintenance as needed.
• Report accidents, injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints to supervisor immediately.
• Submit DOT and company policy required reports.
• Handle tanker hauling liquid CO2.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• At least 3 years experience driving tractor‑trailer vehicles.
• Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, two years technical college or military technical experience.
• Three years of HazMat or Tanker experience.
• Product knowledge of cryogenic, compressed, and specialty gases.
