Job summary

Patriot Environmental Services in the Western United States is seeking a CDL driver with experience operating heavy equipment, including 50/70 barrel vacuum and single roll-off trucks. This role focuses on safe, timely deliveries and strict DOT compliance.

You will perform routine vehicle maintenance, adhere to FMCSA regulations, maintain daily ELD logs, and participate in a Random Drug Testing program. 40-hour HAZWOPER training is required; 2–5 years of experience preferred. EOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements preferred.
• 2–5 years heavy equipment driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority by following safe work practices.
• Drive and operate heavy equipment including 50/70 barrel vacuum and roll-off trucks.
• Make deliveries in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain DOT/FMCSA compliance, daily ELD logs, timesheets and vehicle inspections.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of vehicles.
• Answer 24/7 Emergency Response calls when on standby.
• Work long hours, nights or weekends as required.
• Comply with Random Drug Testing Program.
