Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a CDL-A Driver for dry van with 100% no-touch freight. Expect high-mileage runs and a pay scale tied to experience, with weekly earnings averaging $1,300–$1,600. Base pay ranges per mile and a robust weekly volume of 2,200–2,400 miles for solo drivers.

Home time is 2 weeks out / 2 days off. You’ll operate with dedicated scheduling, mentorship in the first week, and a focus on safe, efficient deliveries across nationwide routes.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
• At least 3 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months.
• Safe driving record: Max 2 moving violations & NO preventable accidents in the last 3.5 years.
• No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years.
• Must pass hair follicle AND urine drug testing.

Job Type: Driving

Keep your wheels turning with essential nationwide beverage freight. High miles, no physical loading, and a pay scale built to reward your experience from day one.

THE MONEY

Weekly Earnings: $1,300 $1,600 average gross

Base Pay: $0.57 to $0.66 CPM (Based on verifiable CDL-A experience)

Weekly Volume: High-density 2,200 2,400 miles per week for solo drivers

ROUTE & HOME SCHEDULE

100% No-Touch Freight: Zero finger-docking (Moving beer & beverage loads to wholesalers/distributors nationwide)

Load Types: Flexible combination of drop & hook, live unloads, and live reloads

Home Time: 2 weeks out / 2 days off

Operational Flow: Dedicated appointment scheduling (Daily ETA check-ins required; first week may involve mentorship)

Home Setup: Safe, secure home-location parking required for time-off periods

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL in your state of residence
• At least 3 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months
• Safe driving record: Max 2 moving violations & NO preventable accidents in the last 35 years
• No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years (Military driving background honored with DD214)
• Must pass mandatory hair follicle AND urine drug testing
