Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A Driver to deliver food and related products on intrastate and interstate routes. You will drive tractor-trailer or straight truck, perform safety checks, and ensure on-time delivery to customers with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Current DOT Health Card or able to secure one.
• Able to lift and move freight up to 90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers, vendors and coworkers professionally.
• Performs safety checks per DOT regulations.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper unloading at customer locations.
• Obtain customer signatures and verify delivery paperwork.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and adhere to safety policies.
