Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A Driver in Arkansas to support regional deliveries. You will operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck, perform safety inspections, and ensure on-time delivery of food products to customers.

The role requires 6+ months of driving experience, a valid CDL-A, and a clean MVR. Schedule is a 4-day work-week with early dispatch and comprehensive Day 1 benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A required.
• Must be 21+ years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Pass road test and DOT health card requirement.
• Able to lift 10–90 lbs depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre/post trip inspections and ensure DOT compliance.
• Safely drive tractor-trailer or straight trucks to deliver goods.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Unload products and verify invoices and signatures.
• Maintain accurate hours-of-service records and paperwork.
• Secure vehicle after shift and complete required tasks.
