Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a CDL-A Driver for its shipping and logistics team in Hackensack, NJ. This in-person role offers a steady day schedule roughly 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM, with home every night.

Responsibilities include transporting goods between company facilities, loading/unloading with forklift or pallet jack, and completing over-the-road deliveries. A clean driving record and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license (or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3+ years of driving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift and/or pallet jack experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of transportation safety standards and DOT regulations.
• Ability to load/unload when needed and communicate effectively in English.

• Transport goods and raw materials between company facilities and locations.
• Move trailers around the yard for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload trailers using a forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Complete over-the-road deliveries, including pickups from designated locations.
• Inspect vehicle and equipment before and after trips and report issues.
• Keep accurate delivery logs and coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety protocols.

A well established and growing food manufacturer with a state-of-the-art facility and a team that cares about their people is hiring a CDL-A Driver for its shipping and logistics department. Enjoy a steady day schedule of roughly 6:00 AM to 5:00 or 6:00 PM and sleep in your own bed every night.

What You’ll Do:

• Transport goods and raw materials between company facilities and locations
• Move trailers around the yard for efficient loading and unloading
• Load and unload trailers using a forklift or electric pallet jack
