McLane Company, Inc is hiring CDL-A Delivery Drivers in the United States. You will inspect and drive tractor-trailers, maintain logs per DOT rules, and deliver products to customer sites daily. The role requires safety awareness and a reliable, adaptable mindset to support McLane's nationwide distribution network.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• At least 1 year or 50,000 miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at work level.

Responsabilités

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination with knowledge of regs and safe maneuvering.
• Maintain driver logs per DOT regulations.
• Unload trailer and deliver product at customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

Benefits you can count on:

• Pay Rate: Drivers make $75,000 ($36 per hour) to $95,000 ($45 per hour).
• Sign‑on bonus: Up to $10,000, depending on experience.
• Team routes home daily, Solo routes two‑days.

What you'll do as a CDL‑A Delivery Driver:

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery.
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications you'll bring as a CDL‑A Teammate:

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL‑A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
