Job summary

Lakeshore Beverage is seeking a Delivery Supervisor to coordinate and supervise our delivery operations in Chicago. You will lead a team of delivery drivers and helpers, ensuring efficient routes, safety, and customer service while partnering with HR for onboarding and training.

The role requires strong leadership, planning skills, and knowledge of DOT regulations. A Class A CDL and DOT medical card are preferred or obtainable within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
• Strong planning and organizational skills for routing/delivery.
• Ability to coach and develop Delivery Team Members.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations for short-haul carriers.
• Class A CDL and a DOT medical card or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Delivery Team Members including Drivers and Helpers.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding and training in partnership with HR.
• Manage delivery routes, earnings, and customer service quality.
• Ensure safety and DOT compliance across operations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in efficiency.
