Performance Foodservice is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to cover PTO/on-call routes across intrastate and interstate areas. The role involves delivering food products, performing safety inspections, and engaging with customers on a daily basis.

You will drive tractor-trailer or straight truck, adhere to DOT rules, and maintain records while supporting a dependable food distribution network across the region. Benefits start day one and a sign-on bonus is offered.

Competenze

• CDL-A license and a minimum of 12 months commercial driving experience.
• Must meet DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Clean MVR and successful background/drug tests.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and teammates.

Mansioni

• Drives tractor trailer or straight truck to deliver food and related products.
• Follows DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Performs pre/post trip inspections and reports issues.
• Loads/unloads products and secures freight.
• Obtains customer signatures and processes payments when required.
• Maintains accurate daily logs per regulations.
• Completes paperwork accurately and on time.
