Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to cover PTO and call-offs across intrastate and interstate routes. The role includes mileage, per diem, and hotel accommodations as needed, with an average annual pay of $114,000+ and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include safe driving, on-time deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer relations while supporting America’s food distribution system.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required.
• DOT Regulations knowledge expected.
• Ability to perform safety checks and inspections.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Must be 21+ years old and have DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload food and related products to customers following routes and schedules.
• Perform pre/post trip safety checks and inspections per DOT requirements.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
