Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver in Florida. You will inspect vehicles, manage logs, and deliver products to customer premises while upholding safety and regulatory compliance.

This role requires a valid CDL-A, 1 year of tractor-trailer driving, and English proficiency. Day-one benefits and comprehensive compensation accompany this position. The driver will navigate routes, maintain accurate documents, and perform related duties as assigned to support McLane’s

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Meets McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination and comply with regulations.
• Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations and document deliveries.
• Unload trailer and deliver product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.
