Performance Food Group in Naples, FL is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to join our team. Drives tractor-trailer or straight truck, performs safety checks, and ensures on-time delivery of food and related products to customers, building lasting relationships.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 am–4:00 am; home daily. Average annual pay: $80,000–$90,000. Benefits start Day 1; 401K match, stock purchase plan, education assistance, and PTO are available.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required; 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21+ years of age and have valid DOT health card when applicable.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years; pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsabilités

• Communicates with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally; answers questions accurately and promptly.
• Drives tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate, interstate, and local routes; ensures on-time delivery.
• Conducts pre/post trip safety inspections and DOT-compliant checks on equipment.
• Reports safety issues or needed repairs to supervision; adheres to DOT regulations and company policies.
• Loads, secures, and unloads freight; verifies delivery with customers and obtains signatures.
• Completes paperwork accurately; maintains daily hours-of-service logs as required.
