Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser Relief to join our Direct Store Delivery team. You will deliver, unload, and stock products at customer locations on designated routes, while upholding merchandising standards and excellent service.

The role involves CDL Class A requirements, heavy lifting, and adherence to safety and DOT/FMCSA guidelines; weekend availability is expected as part of a fast-paced route environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in route delivery and direct store delivery.
• Experience with stocking, merchandising, and retail environments.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and operate equipment safely.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and unload products and stock displays at customer locations.
• Organize stock areas and maintain neat appearance of equipment and products.
• Provide superior customer service and communicate issues to management.
• Safely operate CDL Class A vehicles and equipment; comply with DOT/FMCSA rules.
• Maintain end-of-day cash, inventory, and asset security.
