Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Delivery Merchandiser Relief in Baltimore to join the Direct Store Delivery team. The role delivers and unloads products, stocks coolers and displays, and ensures accurate inventory and order fulfillment at customer sites.

The position requires a Class A CDL, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Join a team focused on safety, customer service, and reliable daily execution.

Qualifications

• Up to 12 months of work experience.
• Valid driver’s license for your state of residency and clean driving record (last 7 years).
• Commercial Driver’s License (Class A CDL) required.
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload products, stock displays and keep shelves/mentality merchandised at customer locations.
• Organize customer stock rooms and ensure neat appearance of equipment and products.
• Provide superior customer service and communicate issues to management.
• Safely operate equipment (CDL class A vehicle, pallet jacks, hand trucks) per FMCSA guidelines.
• Record end-of-day cash, inventory and equipment security.
