Performance Foodservice in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an experienced delivery driver to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries. You will operate a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, adhering to DOT regulations and maintaining professional interactions with customers.

The role requires 12+ months driving experience, a valid CDL-A, clean MVR, and ability to lift up to 90 lbs.

Qualifications

• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A.
• Meet all State licensing/certification requirements.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Operate tractor/trailer or straight truck on local and interstate routes.
• Conduct safety checks pre/post-trip and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Deliver and unload products to customers, securing freight and obtaining signatures.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and hours of service logs.
