Performance Food Group is seeking a delivery driver in Cedar Rapids, IA to support America’s food distribution system. You will drive tractor trailer or straight truck on local and long routes, deliver on schedule, and interact with customers professionally.

Responsibilities include performing pre/post trip safety checks, loading/unloading, verifying invoices, obtaining signatures, and maintaining DOT compliance. Benefits start Day 1 and opportunities for growth are highlighted by the company.

Qualifications

• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Delivers customer orders on predetermined routes and schedules.
• Performs pre/post trip safety checks as per DOT regulations.
• Inspects tractor/trailer and secures freight for transit.
• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and coworkers.
• Unloads products, verifies invoices, and obtains customer signatures.
• Completes required paperwork and hours-of-service logs.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe operation of equipment.
