Job summary

Builders FirstSource, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to transport materials to customer sites, ensuring timely, safe deliveries and professional service. You may load, unload, and secure goods, and you will maintain delivery logs while upholding DVIR/HOS regulations.

Qualifications include a valid Class A CDL, MVR clearance, DOT medical card, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, 21+ years old, valid driver's license and a class A CDL license.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean MVR record.
• Class A CDL license required to operate delivery vehicles.
• Pass MVR report and maintain acceptable driving history.
• DOT medical card within five days of request and minimal moving violations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders to specified sites and secure loads safely.
• Operate forklift or loading equipment as needed for loading/unloading.
• Maintain logs of deliveries, mileage, weights, and locations.
• Serve as a customer service liaison and resolve issues professionally.
• Perform routine safety checks and comply with DVIR/HOS requirements.
