Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring CDL-A Delivery Drivers to support our broadline distribution network. You will deliver food and related products to customers, adhere to DOT safety guidelines, and maintain accurate paperwork.

Per diem and overnight compensation add to a competitive compensation package. The role offers a 4- to 5-day work week with additional days, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible drivers, and uncapped pay potential with quarterly bonuses and referral incentives.

Qualifications

• 6+ months commercial driving experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) on tractor/trailer per DOT rules.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies; report hazards.
• Inspect trailers for proper load, document freight paperwork accurately.
• Unload damaged goods and returns; complete end-of-shift paperwork.
