Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A driver to join our delivery fleet. This role requires operating tractor/trailer or straight trucks on intrastate and interstate routes, with overnight and drive-and-drop assignments to deliver food products on a timely basis.

Expect 12-hour shifts, night dispatch, and no Sundays. You will ensure safe loading, accurate paperwork, and professional customer interactions while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience Required
• 6+ months Commercial driving experience
• Valid CDL A
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Clean MVR for past 3 years
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Pass road test
• Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight

Responsabilités

• Perform all required safety checks (pre/post trip) according to DOT regulations.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Inspect trailer for properly loaded and secured freight; verify paperwork.
• Unload damaged goods and returns; complete paperwork.
• Complies with daily record-keeping and hours of service requirements.
• Upholds overall safety standards and proper handling of freight.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards
