Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver for Performance Foodservice to support nationwide routes, including overnight shifts. You will drive Tractor/Trailer or Straight Truck, unload products, and maintain DOT compliance while serving customers with professionalism.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and building customer relationships; training is provided, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and Day 1 benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience in foodservice distribution.
• Experience with onboard computer and electronic logs (PeopleNet).
• Experience with handheld delivery scanning (POD).
• Customer service experience and valid licensing/certifications as applicable.
• Must be 21 years or older and meet MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate/interstate routes.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Inspect vehicle and freight, complete required paperwork accurately.
• Unload freight and ensure proper staging at customer locations.
• Maintain daily logs and hours-of-service compliance.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve inquiries.
