Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience driving a tractor trailer, straight truck, or doubles in the last 5 years preferred.
• Must meet DOT requirements and have a valid Class A CDL.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products or assets according to route schedule and customer delivery expectations in a safe and timely manner.
• Report delivery delays to management due to road conditions, accidents, or breakdowns.
• Load/unload per route design and may stock or order product as required.
• Maintain clean vehicle and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Complete daily paperwork and maintain logs per company policy and DOT guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers and route supervisor.
• Attend driver workshops and training sessions.
