Job summary

DF A Milk is seeking a Class B driver to responsibly operate straight/pup trucks, delivering to schools, grocers, and care facilities. You will follow routes, load and unload, maintain accurate paperwork, and provide strong customer service daily.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years driving experience, and a valid CDL Class B with Air Brake endorsement; DFA and DOT rules must be met. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of experience driving a straight truck or pup truck.
• Must meet DFA requirements for Motor Vehicle Records.
• Must meet all DOT requirements.
• Certification and/or License – valid CDL Class B with Air Brake endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT and DFA rules and safety practices.
• Deliver pre-ordered or special orders to customers according to route schedule.
• Follow routes and schedules; report delays due to road conditions or incidents.
• Load/unload per route requirements; may stock, rotate, or order product.
• Ensure loads are secured and perform daily trip inspections and paperwork.
• Provide merchandising support and promote new products to customers.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
