Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a Delivery Driver to service customers across Minnesota and neighboring states. You will operate tractor/ trailer or straight truck on various routes, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain excellent customer relations.

The role requires 6+ months driving experience, a valid CDL-B, and DOT Health Card. Expect early starts, potential overnight layovers, company-paid hotel stays, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• Valid CDL-B.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card active or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Deliver and unload product to customers on schedule.
• Verify freight against invoices and obtain signatures.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of hours of service.
• Complete required paperwork and ensure equipment is secure.
