Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for dedicated routes in the Southeast and Midwest. This position features 100% no-touch freight, 80% drop-and-hook, nighttime driving, and a steady weekly schedule.

You'll earn mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, with generous sign-on bonuses and a first-90-days guaranteed weekly minimum. Medical, 401(k) with match, and vacation benefits are available.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
