Job summary

Schneider National is seeking licensed Class A drivers for dedicated coast-to-coast routes based in Buford, GA. You will haul parts in liftgate trailers, perform hand unloads, and back into tight spaces at night.

This role features mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, a weekly guaranteed minimum, a sign-on bonus paid over the first year, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and generous holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Doubles/Triples endorsement required at time of hire.
• Live within 50 miles of Buford, GA.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,200 in weekly guarantee pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
