Job summary

Schneider National in Charlotte, NC seeks drivers for dedicated dry-van hauling. You will haul store merchandise with reliable home time and weekly pay. Orientation is paid and you’ll receive benefits and potential bonuses.

This role features 8-10 loads per week, 1-3 stops per load, and driving within 500 miles of Charlotte, NC. Must live within 60 miles of Charlotte and hold a valid CDL A.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
