Job summary

Schneider National is seeking dedicated CDL A drivers for a dedicated Orlando route. This position features 100% no-touch and drop-and-hook freight with 3–6 loads per week. You’ll drive within Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, earning mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty.

Eligible for a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. First-year incentives include a guaranteed weekly minimum, paid orientation, 6 months PTO plus holidays, and an annual bonus up to 2%.

Job description

Overview

• Haul retail freight with dry van trailers.
• 100% no-touch and 100% drop-and-hook freight.
• 3-6 loads per week.
• Drive within Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Live within 50 miles of Orlando, FL.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
