A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking an experienced full-time Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver to join our team in South Portland, Maine.

The driver will operate a day cab tractor pulling a 48-53 ft trailer with non-hazmat loads on a 4-day work week, Friday through Monday, or a similar schedule. We offer competitive pay: $37 per hour for the 10 PM start and $36 per hour for the 10 AM start, plus weekly pay via direct deposit and a full benefits package including paid vacation, holidays,

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and recent van tractor-trailer experience.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience with a tractor-trailer.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Must possess a valid DOT medical card (interstate).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to locations per daily manifest and handle returns as needed.
• Ensure security and safety of the tractor and freight, following all DOT rules.
• Build strong relationships with customers and account managers through clear communication.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver to join our team in South Portland, Me. You will be driving a day cab tractor pulling a 48-53’ van/refer trailer carrying non-hazmat loads.

• Option 1 - Earn $37 per hour for 10PM Start and Option 2 - Earn $36.00 per hour for 10AM Start

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Minimum 1 year of recent van tractor trailer experience
• Currently hold, or obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• No more than three moving violations and or accidents within the last three years, subject to review
• Ability to communicate effectively; must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Completing deliveries to location(s) based on daily manifest as well as picking up potential returns, as needed
• Ensuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhering to all DOT regulations and guidelines
• Building relationships through excellent communication with customers and account managers
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
