Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated beer-hauling routes in the Southwest. Expect 100% no-touch freight with 75% drop-and-hook and 5–10 loads weekly, traveling across AZ, CA, CO, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, ND, NE, NM, SD, TX and WY.

Qualified drivers hold a valid Class A CDL and reside within 115 miles of Phoenix, AZ. Comprehensive benefits, sign-on bonuses, and paid orientation are provided.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
