Job summary

Schneider National in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a CDL‑A driver for dedicated beer-hauling routes in dry vans. Expect 5–10 loads weekly with 100% no-touch and 75% drop‑and‑hook. Home time is predictable, and routes cover AZ, CA, CO and surrounding states.

Pay includes mileage and on-duty hourly pay, a $1,000 weekly guarantee for 90 days, plus weekly bonuses and a sign-on bonus structured over 12 months. Orientation is paid; time off accrues after 6 months with additional holiday pay and an annual bonus

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Live within 115 miles of Phoenix, AZ.
