Schneider National is seeking professional drivers for dedicated routes in Nevada and California. This role offers 100% no-touch freight and 75% drop-and-hook along with steady weekly pay and a clear pathway to performance-based bonuses.

Drivers will haul finished automotive goods in dry van trailers, typically completing about 5 loads per week and operating within NV and CA. A Class A CDL is required and the company provides a comprehensive driver benefit package and orientation.

Overview

• Haul finished automotive goods in dry van trailers.
• 100% no-touch and 75% drop-and-hook freight.
• 5 loads per week.
• Drive within Nevada and California.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
