Job summary

Bobcat Transport is seeking drivers for our Travel Fleet who stay out for weeks and enjoy built-in travel. We arrange and pay flights to Indianapolis and back, with trips typically 4–6 weeks out and five days at home.

Pay includes 90 CPM, $20 stop pay, $35 per load, with an average of around $1,703 weekly and about $90,000 annually. A $7,500 sign-on bonus and $500 orientation are included, plus full medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum experience required based on company hiring guidelines.
• SAP drivers are welcome (must meet all return-to-duty requirements).

Looking for a high-paying driving position with built-in travel? Join our Travel Fleet and we'll arrange and pay for your flights to and from Indianapolis. This opportunity is ideal for drivers who don't mind staying out for several weeks while earning top pay and excellent bonuses.

Pay & Bonuses

• Earn 90 CPM

Schedule

• Stay out 4 to 6 weeks , then enjoy 5 days at home
• Company pays for and books your flights to and from Indianapolis
• Average 8-hour workdays
• One weekend day off each week plus one floating weekday during non-peak season
• Start times vary between 11:00 AM and 2:00 AM

Job Details

• Operate within a 250-mile radius of Shelbyville, IN
• Occasional runs into Illinois and Ohio
• Refrigerated freight
• Average of 10 stops per week (1–2 stops per day)
• Pallet jack unloads
