Job summary

Bobcat Transport is hiring for a Travel Fleet driver to cover refrigerated freight within a 250-mile radius of Shelbyville, IN. You'll enjoy top pay including 90 CPM, $20 stop pay, $35 per load, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus, with flights arranged by the company for Indianapolis departures and returns.

Expect to stay out 4–6 weeks with 5 days at home, average 8-hour days, and a weekend day off. Medical benefits, holidays, and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum experience per hiring guidelines.
• SAP drivers are welcome (must meet duties)

Responsibilities

• Average of 10 stops per week with 1–2 stops per day.

Pay & Bonuses

• Earn 90 CPM
• $20 stop pay

• Average $1,703 per week
• Average $90,000 annually
• 5 CPM pay increase after one year of service
• $7,500 Sign-On/Performance Bonus
• $500 Paid Orientation

Schedule

• Stay out 4 to 6 weeks , then enjoy 5 days at home
• Company pays for and books your flights to and from Indianapolis
• Average 8-hour workdays
• One weekend day off each week plus one floating weekday during non-peak season
• Start times vary between 11:00 AM and 2:00 AM
