Job summary

Bobcat Transport seeks drivers for its Travel Fleet to cover long trips with paid travel. Flights to Indianapolis are arranged and paid for, with out-of-town assignments of several weeks and generous bonuses.

Pay includes 90 CPM, stop pay, and load pay, plus a strong annual target around $90,000. Expect a typical 8-hour day with multiple weeks out and 5 home days between trips.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Experience per company hiring guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate within a 250-mile radius of Shelbyville, IN.
• Handle refrigerated freight and pallet jack unloading.
• Maintain an average of 10 stops per week (1–2 stops per day).

Looking for a high-paying driving position with built-in travel? Join our Travel Fleet and we'll arrange and pay for your flights to and from Indianapolis. This opportunity is ideal for drivers who don't mind staying out for several weeks while earning top pay and excellent bonuses.

Pay & Bonuses

• Earn 90 CPM
• $20 stop pay
• $35 per load
• Average $1,703 per week
• Average $90,000 annually
• 5 CPM pay increase after one year of service
• $7,500 Sign-On/Performance Bonus
• $500 Paid Orientation

Schedule

• Stay out 4 to 6 weeks , then enjoy 5 days at home
• Company pays for and books your flights to and from Indianapolis
• Average 8-hour workdays
• One weekend day off each week plus one floating weekday during non-peak season
• Start times vary between 11:00 AM and 2:00 AM
