Job summary

Bobcat Transport is seeking drivers for its Travel Fleet with lucrative pay and travel benefits. You’ll stay out 4–6 weeks, then enjoy 5 days at home, with flights to Indianapolis arranged and paid by us. You’ll haul refrigerated freight across the Midwest, averaging strong weekly earnings and a $90,000 annual target plus bonuses.

Requirements include a valid CDL-A and readiness for long-haul trips; SAP drivers are welcome. Full medical benefits, holidays and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum experience required per hiring guidelines.
• SAP drivers welcome (must meet all return-to-duty requirements).

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated freight within a 250-mile radius of Shelbyville, IN.
• Average of 10 stops per week (1–2 stops per day).
• Pallet jack unloads and load handling.
• Flights are arranged and paid by the company for travel to Indianapolis.
• Maintain full medical benefits, paid holidays, and PTO.

Pay & Bonuses

• Earn 90 CPM
• $20 stop pay
• $35 per load
• Average $1,703 per week
• Average $90,000 annually
• 5 CPM pay increase after one year of service
• $7,500 Sign-On/Performance Bonus
• $500 Paid Orientation

Schedule

• Stay out 4 to 6 weeks , then enjoy 5 days at home
• Company pays for and books your flights to and from Indianapolis
• Average 8-hour workdays
• One weekend day off each week plus one floating weekday during non-peak season
• Start times vary between 11:00 AM and 2:00 AM
