Job summary

Bobcat Transport is seeking drivers for its Travel Fleet with high pay and built-in travel perks. Flights to Indianapolis are arranged and paid, with work periods lasting 4–6 weeks out and returning home for 5 days. Expect refrigerated freight, up to 10 stops per week, and an average workday of 8 hours.

Compensation includes 90 CPM, stop pay, load pay, and performance bonuses, plus a sign-on bonus and orientation pay. Consistent home time and comprehensive medical benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum experience per company guidelines.
• SAP drivers are welcome (must meet all return-to-duty requirements).

Responsibilities

• Operate within a 250-mile radius of Shelbyville, IN.
• Handle refrigerated freight with an average of 10 stops per week.
• Pallet jack unloading capability.
• Flights to/from Indianapolis are arranged and paid for.
• Stay out 4–6 weeks, then 5 days at home.
• Average 8-hour workdays and one weekend day off per week.

Pay & Bonuses

• Earn 90 CPM
• $20 stop pay
• $35 per load
• Average $1,703 per week
• Average $90,000 annually
• 5 CPM pay increase after one year of service
• $7,500 Sign-On/Performance Bonus
• $500 Paid Orientation

Schedule

• Stay out 4 to 6 weeks , then enjoy 5 days at home
• Company pays for and books your flights to and from Indianapolis
• Average 8-hour workdays
• One weekend day off each week plus one floating weekday during non-peak season
• Start times vary between 11:00 AM and 2:00 AM
