Schneider National in Fontana, CA is seeking a Team Dedicated Driver to haul dry van trailer parts across CA, NV and OR. Loads are 100% no-touch with 95% drop-and-hook, averaging 7–10 loads per week providing steady weekly miles.

You’ll earn mileage pay plus hourly on duty, with a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week during your first 90 days, plus a $10k sign-on for experienced drivers and a $5k sign-on for entry-level.

Overview

• Dry van trailer hauling auto parts.
• 100% no-touch and 95% drop-and-hook freight.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
