Job summary

Schneider National's Team Dedicated driving program seeks professional truck drivers to haul reefers across the Midwest and Northeast. Most trips are 3–5 loads weekly with 2–3 stops per load and 100% no-touch freight.

Nighttime driving may be required on some shifts. You can take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy, and you’ll gain access to health, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and generous sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Live within 75 miles of Chicago, IL or Islandia, NY.

Responsibilities

• Haul reefer trailer freight across the Midwest and Northeast.
• Complete 3–5 loads per week with 2–3 stop-offs per load.
• Operate 100% no-touch freight; nighttime driving may be required.
• Handle routes while upholding safety and customer service.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
