Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced truck drivers for Team Dedicated driving in Oklahoma. This route covers several states and allows keeping a dog or cat under our Team Pet Policy. 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook options, averaging about 10 loads per week.

You will earn mileage pay plus hourly pay on non-driving time, with a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days. Generous sign-on bonuses and additional benefits are offered.

Overview

• Dry van trailer hauling home improvement supplies.
• 100% no-touch and98% drop-and-hook.
• 10loads per week.
• Drive within AR, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, NE and OK.
• Take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Must be a formed team.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 100 miles of Tulsa, OK.
