Job summary

Schneider National is seeking team drivers for dedicated dry van work hauling home improvement supplies. All runs are 100% no-touch with 98% drop-and-hook, averaging about 10 loads per week and routing through AR, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, NE and OK.

There are strong pay and bonus opportunities including a weekly guarantee during the first 90 days, weekly performance pay, sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, and benefits like insurance and a 401(k) match.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Must be a formed team.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 100 miles of Tulsa, OK.
