Schneider National in Martinsville, IN is seeking dedicated truck drivers for Team Dedicated routes. This role features 100% no-touch freight, drop-and-hook where applicable, and a home-grown team driving setup.

Earn a robust pay package including mileage and hourly on-duty pay with a weekly guaranteed minimum of $1,000 for 90 days, plus a $10,000 sign-on for experienced drivers and $5,000 for newcomers. Benefits include orientation, PTO, and a yearly bonus opportunity.

Overview

• Dry van trailer hauling home improvement supplies.
• 100% no-touch and98% drop-and-hook.
• 10loads per week.
• Drive within Colorado and the Midwest.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn 2% of annual gross pay each year.
