Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced Team Dedicated drivers to haul dry van loads across the Midwest and Colorado. Expect 100% no-touch and 98% drop-and-hook with about 10 loads weekly, with the option to bring your dog or cat under the Team Pet Policy.

Drivers receive a comprehensive pay package, paid orientation, time off after 6 months plus holiday pay, and opportunities for annual bonuses and tuition assistance. The role includes strong benefits and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Overview

• Dry van trailer hauling home improvement supplies.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn 2% of annual gross pay each year.
