Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for dedicated driving. Haul 100% no-touch freight with reefer and dry van trailers, 7–8 loads weekly, with 2–3 stops per load.

You’ll earn mileage and load pay plus hourly on-duty pay, with a $1,000 weekly guarantee for the first 90 days, plus weekly performance pay and up to 7,500 sign-on bonus. Orientation paid; PTO after 6 months, six holidays per year, and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay.

Overview

• Drive within Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
