Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for a dedicated route headquartered near Gary, IN. You will haul 100% no-touch freight with reefer and dry van trailers, typically handling 7–8 loads per week with 2–3 stop-offs per load, and driving within IA, IL, IN and WI.

Earn weekly pay with performance bonuses, sign-on bonuses, orientation pay, and a yearly bonus up to 2% of gross pay. A valid CDL and living within 115 miles of Gary, IN are required.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
