Job summary

Flint Logistics in Oklahoma City, OK is hiring a CDL-A truck driver for full-time, no-touch dry van freight with weekly home time. Brand new Freightliner trucks with modern amenities support safe, efficient driving and consistent routes across the lower 48.

Orientation is paid with travel and hotel expenses covered; drivers are routed home to collect belongings before regular assignments. Medical, dental, and vision plans plus vacation and rider/pet policies are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 3 years
• CDL-A tractor-trailer experience preferred
• No-touch dry van freight experience may be considered

Responsibilities

• Drive CDL-A tractor-trailer units on no-touch dry van freight
• Coordinate with dispatch for pickup times and delivery schedules

Home Time: Weekly | Pay: $1,550 to $1,650 per week

Freight: 100% no-touch dry van | Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Driver-friendly no-touch freight and consistent route planning give CDL-A truck drivers steady dry van work across the lower 48 with weekly home time and pay of $1,550 to $1,650 per week.

Equipment: Brand new Freightliner trucks equipped with APU, inverter, refrigerator, and mounts for a TV and microwave.

Route & Home Time: Drivers operate throughout the lower 48 with weekly home time incorporated into the schedule. Dispatch coordinates freight assignments and route timing to support consistent planning and organized movement throughout the workweek.

• Loads are planned in advance to help reduce unnecessary downtime and support consistent weekly mileage.
• Year-round dry van freight availability helps maintain steady freight movement.

Drivers work with dispatch teams to coordinate pickup times, delivery schedules, and upcoming assignments. Ongoing communication helps drivers understand what is coming next while maintaining an organized progression from one load to another.

• CDL-A truck drivers haul 100% no-touch dry van freight throughout the lower 48.
• Drivers are not responsible for loading or unloading freight, allowing them to focus on safe driving and on-time delivery.

This is a full-time CDL-A truck driver position with year-round freight availability and ongoing dispatch support throughout the week.

Orientation: Paid orientation is provided with travel and hotel expenses covered. Drivers are assigned a truck after orientation and routed home to pick up their belongings before beginning regular freight assignments.
